In 2016, undertook an internal qualitative assessment to understand the program and peer educator
challenges and needs. Findings from the study titled, Improving Program Quality for HIV prevention among
males at risk in challenging and hostile environments: Peer educator perspectives from Karachi, Pakistan, were presented at the International AIDS Conference, South Africa, 2016 and informed the SBC intervention approach described in the National peer educator training workshop described above.
